Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your product. Products must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a return, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your product is non-defective, it must be in new, resalable condition for a return to be accepted. If the product is defective or damaged, please include photographic proof when initiating the return.

To complete your return, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at contact@yourcatsgoodies.com to receive the return address and further instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a maximum of 10 days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The costs of return shipping has to be covered by the customer.

There are no restocking fees for returns.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will provide a refund or replacement upon approval, but we cannot facilitate direct product exchanges.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped it to themselves to give to you, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping for Returns

  • Return method: All returns must be sent by mail.
  • Return label: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Return fees: No additional restocking fees apply. Return shipping costs, however, are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.

The time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
